Incontinence & Pelvic Floor

Leakage and prolapse aren't 'just part of getting older.'

Online Incontinence & Pelvic Floor evaluations are launching soon and are not yet available. Dr. Gousse Solutions does not sell prescription medication online. The information below describes the upcoming telehealth service.

Stress, urge, and mixed incontinence each respond to different strategies. We use the validated ICIQ tool to design a plan combining medication, pelvic floor support, and topical estrogen when appropriate.

Frequently asked questions

Does pelvic floor therapy actually work?
Yes — supervised pelvic floor rehab is first-line evidence-based therapy for stress incontinence and mixed incontinence, with comparable outcomes to surgery for many women.
Is topical estrogen safe?
Vaginal/topical estrogen has a strong safety profile in postmenopausal women, including most breast cancer survivors after a risk discussion with their oncologist.
