Yes. Adults 18+ physically located in Florida can sign up, complete a confidential intake, and start video, phone, or secure-message visits through the patient portal.

Is a video call required?

Not for most conditions. A board-certified urologist reviews your written intake and messages you with questions if needed. Video and phone visits are also available from the patient portal.

How is medication handled?

When treatment is appropriate, medication is dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. Prescription medication is not sold in the Wellness Shop.

The Wellness Shop remains open for over-the-counter supplements.

Intake (5 min): Complete a confidential, evidence-based questionnaire matched to your concern (IIEF-5 for ED, IPSS for BPH, ICIQ for incontinence, OAB-q for OAB).
Urologist review (within 24 hours): Dr. Gousse or a licensed clinician reviews your intake, may message you for clarification, and proposes a personalized plan.
Coordinated treatment: When treatment is appropriate, your care plan is coordinated with licensed pharmacy partners.
Ongoing follow-up: Message your care team, request dose adjustments, schedule follow-ups, and manage your plan.
