Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in the care and products you receive through Dr. Gousse Solutions. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Consultations and shipments

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your case. If treatment is not appropriate, the consultation fee is refunded. Prescription medications cannot be returned once shipped.

Shop orders

Unopened non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email support@doctorgousse.solutions with your order number to start a return.
