Who is eligible for online ED treatment in Florida?

Adults 18+ physically located in Florida at the time of the visit, with a stable cardiovascular profile, are eligible for telehealth evaluation. Patients with uncontrolled heart disease, recent stroke, severe liver disease, or who take nitrates require in-person evaluation.

Telehealth is well-suited for ED because diagnosis is primarily history-based. A urologist can determine whether ED is vascular, neurologic, hormonal, or psychogenic from a structured intake plus, when indicated, basic labs (testosterone, A1c, lipid panel).

What happens during the visit

You complete a private intake (about 5 minutes) covering symptoms, medical history, medications, and lifestyle factors. A board-certified urologist reviews the intake, may message you for clarification, and proposes a personalized plan.
